OVERVIEW AND CONSOLIDATED SCHEDULE

Overview

At Rational Roads we realized it is difficult to get a holistic view of the various Johns Island transportation improvements project that are in-process, planned, or envisioned.  Therefore we reached out to the State, County, and City transportation departments and to the County and City zoning and planning departments to gather this information.  We consolidated this information in our Transportation Projects webpage.

Consolidated Schedule

As part of this effort we put together a consolidated schedule for the large transportation projects on Johns Island.  There is some uncertainty in this schedule, especially for projects that are further out in time.  For example:

• The duration of Segment C of the Main Road Corridor Project will vary based upon which alternative is chosen.
• The start of the Mark Clark Extension is dependent upon funding.
